You will get an automatic email confirming your order. Once we have processed your order, you will then receive tracking information.

Orders processed in the UK will take 2-4 working days to arrive. International deliveries can take anywhere from 2-7 working days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Please note these delivery times are approximate and may differ depending on the shipping method you have selected.

If your item has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and is within our 28 days return policy, please send it back following the instructions on our Returns Form. Remember to fill in the returns form with your request and place in your parcel when you return it back to us. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. If no exclusions apply, your request will be processed within 2-3 working days. Please allow up to 14 days for the funds to reach your account.

To return your order, we recommend you use a tracked service as we can only refund items which are returned to us. We do not reimburse you for your return postage cost.

You have 14 days from date of receipt of your order to notify customerservice@kalaycilolndon.com of your request to return and receive your return authorisation code. Your parcel must be received by us within 14 days of the return authorisation.

The items must be unused, unworn, fitted with the original tags and packaging and with no markings or any type of damage. Items must be returned within 28 days in the condition they were received as otherwise refunds or exchanges will not be processed.

All items purchased on sale can be returned within the 28 day returns policy, strictly under an exchange or credit note. All sale items must be under the original purchase condition.

Unfortunately, due to the overall high demand for merchandise and availability issues, we do not currently allow for price adjustments.
