Please note, all delivery times are approximate. The above delivery times only apply to working days and therefore orders placed on a Friday will be processed on Monday.

*Next day delivery needs to be placed by 11.00am to be received the following working day by 6.00pm.

**Saturday delivery is delivered on the first Saturday after the order is placed. Orders must be placed on or before Friday 11.00am to be delivered on Saturday.

Once your order has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the email.

Our warehouse is closed during UK national holidays and orders will not be shipped during such periods.

All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

Your order will be sent to the delivery address that you provide on your order form. We are unable to redirect orders once processed and cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect. If delivery is refused, this will result in redirection charges being applied to any refund.

We use a signed-for delivery service. Please ensure you or someone you know is present at your chosen address to accept the delivery. If you are unable to do so, our couriers will leave a card with instructions on re-delivery or collection from the closest depot.
